Many children neighbouring the school live in small homes and come from families where adults may not be able to help them with their homework. This puts them at a great disadvantage compared to children who have educated parents. They may not find a quiet space to complete their homework at home or get help to complete their work.

SEWAC-B offers their school room in the evening to local children to work on their homework. SEWAC offers a quiet space to do the homework with some assistance. If they complete their work, these children also stay and read books in the library.
